Z to the Pen - veryzer - 05-28-2010 is it possible that Zambrano may have agreed to waive his no-trade clause in exchange for being put back in the rotation? Z to the Pen - rok - 05-28-2010 Anything is possible, but trading him now would be tough enough given the salary involved, and we would be selling low as well. Then again, Hendry seems to always find a way to devalue his players at the wrong time. Z to the Pen - Coach - 05-28-2010 Z has a bit more trade value than Gorz, which isn't saying much. Z to the Pen - Kid - 05-28-2010 Gorzelanny may have just gotten a stay of execution. I'd bet it's Wells to the pen. Z to the Pen - Coach - 05-28-2010 Has Wells luck ran out? Z to the Pen - Clapp - 05-28-2010 Wells was all over the middle of the plate and he can't pitch like that with his average stuff. He has to hit his spots, and he usually does. But yeah, I agree that I think he's headed to the pen now with how knee-jerk Lou is with everything. And I can't see Wells doing very good in that role. He's a starting pitcher. Z to the Pen - Ace - 05-28-2010 Lou suggested the guy was Wells a week ago. |
