The same thing should be done to every feral animal out there. If you really think those cats belong on the streets or bring anything positive to the world, you're severely mistaken. Cats were breed to be pets, once they are no longer pets, they serve no purpose and lead an awful life. Stray cats can't be rehabbed to become productive house cats, it doesn't happen. It's not cruel to exterminate stray cats, it's the right thing to do.

Some dogs require more time, attention and cleaning up after (not to mention walking, etc.) than small children. I don't have anything against dogs, just some dog owners who keep them in cramped little apartments and don't keep a tidy house. Those people should have their heads examined.
