Fontenot's error was -awful- in the first. That last one is a damn tough play. You're running directly behind the runner, you have nowhere to throw but over him. Watch the replay. It's not physically possible to make a throw to the side there as a right-handed thrower. He just threw it too high but had hardly any room to work with without hitting Bruce.

Theriot has to be covering 3rd base on that bunt. That's either him fucking up or bad managing. He went to cover 2nd base. There's no reason at all to even be in that area when the runner at 1st means absolutely nothing.

Outside of the pitching, this may have been one of the worst overall games I've ever seen. Poor offense. Poor baserunning. Poor defense. Poor umpiring. It was, on the whole, an awful game for both teams.
