I heard the base running play on the radio. Oh well. And that line drive wasn't even close to right at him. And his play to catch Marmol's bad throw was huge, and then he threw Ludwick out at 1st but didn't get the call. Funny that you can't find a good thing to say, once again, about a big win.

Not sure if funny is the word, I'd say sad or pathetic because even when they win they continue to look like shit doing it. And 95% of real major league shortstops make that play 95% of the time.
Just to appease you though, Lilly pitched very well.

Theriot looked dumb on the bases that entire at bat by Hoff.
First, he starts to steal so Micah swings at the pitch to protect him and Ryan stops.
Then when the first ball bounces away from Molina, Theriot did not get a good secondary lead and has to retreat to first.
Finally, he tries to make up for the mistake by over-committing on the next play leading to the pickoff.
And he has to make that catch if he is a big league SS.

I'm my opinion, 999 times out of a thousand, Theriot is standing on second running on that pitch. A human being doesn't make the play Molina made.
